New vanity

- We completed the sale in September, complete with furniture and fittings
- Short term lets with Holiday Nelson
- Small changes to vanities, beds and mirrors.

We removed the brown kitchen cabinets and white island bench and converted the downstairs loo and laundry converted to a utility room and alcove.
Upstairs, the wardrobes were replaced by white, built-in cabinetry. New carpets and bedside tables and new vanity in family bathroom.
Bedroom 3 was converted in to an office.

We doubled the main bathroom size (changing roofline and levelling floor) and installed a bath
We installed new tiles and bathroom fixtures.
